Standard fare for Hardee's. Very disappointed in the lack of Red Burrito! They had Red Burrito at all the Hardee's down in Bloomington, I didn't know they had restaurants without them.

I was very happy to see a Hardee's in the neighborhood. I really like their burgers. Went there for lunch today and we each had the 1/3 lb cheeseburger and shared a large order of fries. The burgers were fresh, juicy, nicely charcoal grilled and taste like they use good meat. The buns are similar to pretzel buns. We both really enjoyed our burger and the fries were tasty and crispy crunchy the way we like them. In our opinion, Hardee's has the best-tasting burger of any of the fast food chains we've gone to. Service was quick and efficient. We'll definitely be back.

I wanted to do something different for lunch so I just stopped by Hardee's. The menu is pretty much just burgers. I got a super bacon cheese medium combo that cost $9.99, kinda expensive for a burger I think. However, the burger was pretty darn good. Was it a gourmet 5-Star restaurant burger? No, but compared to McDonalds it's definitely better. Anywho, the staff was energetic and cheerful and the service was FAST. Our food was ready before we finished filling up our drinks. On that note, I don't know if they were managers or not, but there seemed to be like 4-6 people with different colored polos who worked there and were greeting customers and handing out food. There was no way to identify that they worked there, so when a guy with jeans and a tshirt came up to us and handed us our food I definitely gave him a weird look at first. In short, good food, good service, kinda expensive, and wear some matching uniforms, will ya?

Do not eat here unless you want to be fat and sick. I ordered a 1/2 lb burger and it was cold in the middle, like ice cold, they made me a new one, still cold, they made me a 3rd one, still cold. Don't order any thick burgers here. People here just don't care either. Bad customer service, I give up. Going on a diet after this situation.

For a fast food stop, the flavor was excellent. That's it. The service was awful. 8 minutes @ 3:20 in the afternoon for two sandwiches was ridiculous. The staff was lethargic and well into lazy. And "rude", would be an understatement. I am not sorry I went through the drive-thru----and will never do it again. You have one job to do, serve the guest. You are not doing me a favor by taking my earned money and being a jack-ass entitled jerk about it. I'd like to blame the two workers for having so little pride in the job they do (and I do because they are responsible for their effort, or lack there of) but the powers that be at Hardee's or the franchisee should be embarrassed at what they have put forth to the public. Not only will I never roll my wheels through the parking lot of this Hardee's, I will never stop at Hardee's again. What a joke. How do you run a business this way?

My husband and I were there shortly after 1 P.M. today. It was not overly busy. It was very clean, altho, we did not use the washrooms so can't speak for that. We each had a burger and a chocolate shake. The burgers were partially wrapped as other people have mentioned--does make it easier to eat. The burgers were good, but should've been hotter. The shakes were thick and good. The drive-in was moderatly busy.

So this Hardee's opened today 10/25/2013. The interesting fact is that this used to be Hardee's. It then closed, and turned into an Arby's. It is now reborn back into a Hardee's. Ah, the circle of life is complete! Seriously though, I love Hardee's. I got the Frisco Burger combo with curly fries and a coke. I am going to be frequenting this location since my work is 2 minutes away. Welcome back Hardee's...we missed you! Well, at least I did.

I am (was) excited to see Hardee's making a comeback. The last time I had it was well over a year ago out in Dixon, IL. Before that; many years ago in the south. Before that, 23 years ago when I lived in SLC, UT. So I'm clearly no Hardee's expert, but I was willing to give it a go. I didn't know what I wanted right off the bat, seeing as how I'm unfamilar with the menu. So, rather than take up time in the drive-thru, I decided to go inside. Well, pulling into the lot, it wouldn't have mattered. The place was dead. Not a single car was in the dual drive-thru lanes. Inside was worse; an elderly couple occupied one of the tables and that was it. I know this place is a month old, so I was quite surprised at how empty it was. It was 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon, but even McDonald's had a steady stream of cars parading through the lot. I made my way to the counter and gave the menu a quick glance. Being a huge fan of the spicy side of life, I opted for the Jalapeno Burger (regular, not turkey). The girl who took my order was very friendly and polite. Total cost for the burger and bottle of water was $6.04. I waited roughly five minutes for my single item. Once it was ready, I grabbed the bag and got the heck out of there. I don't know if it was the lack of patrons, the 6+ employees standing in front of me or what, but I felt creeped out. After driving a ways down the street, I pulled into a different fast food parking lot and opened the bag to check out the burger. The burger comes in a box similar to a Big Mac, and is wrapped half way with tissue paper. Kinda fancy looking for fast food. The burger itself looked to have all the listed condiments on it, except the pepperjack cheese. It may have been on there but I honestly couldn't tell. There was a ton of Santa Fe sauce covering everything. The bun was kind of weird. It was... shiny looking and tasted off. It was definitely unexpected. As for the burger itself, I wasn't exactly thrilled. It wasn't terrible but for the price, I expected more. The meat tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. The juice from the jarred jalapeno slices mixed into the Sante Fe sauce and dripped everywhere. It was a mess to eat. All in all, I ate about half of the burger and then waved my white flag (napkin) in defeat. Seeing as how this location is nowhere near my house, I won't be back to this location but I might give them another shot elsewhere.

This place is either understaffed and/or very disorganized. The last 2 times I have come, it has taken at least 15 minutes to get my 3 breakfast sandwiches. Another time, all of the doors were locked and no one was responding on the drive-thru board. I sort of feel bad for the employees because maybe it is beyond their control on how the place is managed. However, the breakfast sandwiches are the same delicious grease bombs I enjoyed back in high school.

This location is HORRID . I was looking forward to this opening and have been there maybe 3 times. Breakfast SUCKS . Always a 15 min wait to get food and that's with no one in line what are they doing in there killing the cow ? Then what really pissed me off was I ordered the Mile High Bacon Burger. And guess what where was the bacon ? Is that bacon bits I see ? One word describes this place GHETTO !! Wish there was a better location around ! I wish I would have gone to wendys at least they use real bacon strips. What a waste of 10 bucks I will try to write to corporate about this DUMP

I am giving them one star because ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION! I have been there twice since they have opened and have been disappointed both times! They simply cannot make a burger the way you ask them to. Leave this on, take that off, etc. today was the last straw. I had coupons for their 1/4 pound cheeseburger so I got one and told them just onions. Well I got a HAMBURGER with just onions. It's a CHEESEBURGER you idiots! OMG! That means a CHEESEburger with just onions!!! Ugh! I am throughly really disgusted, they are a waste of my money! Never going again!

I'm a southerner and one thing I love more than most is Hardee's breakfast biscuits. Unfortunately, I will never be able able to experience them from this place, as when I arrived at the empty drive-thru to place an order I was informed they were closed for the next hour! Huh?! It's 830AM on a weekday and you're closed for breakfast?! They're in a prime location on Busse & Greenleaf across from Portillo's and McDonald's but will probably be closed before long

I gave this joint one star only because I had to. They need to figure out if they want to be in business or be closed . They're never open when they're supposed to be and thats crazy. They're going to fail again just like they did before. The McDonalds across the street is busy but they're open when they're supposed to be at Hardees is closed when they're supposed to be open good luck with that!! Two days in a row I went there when they were supposed to be open and they were closed I will never go back.

Waited a half hour in the drive thru!!!!! They were making the biscuits from scratch at 9:30 on a Saturday!!!! Mcdonalds was only 1 minute away and only took 1 minute to get our food. If 0 stars was an option I would have selected that- worst drive thru experience ever!!

I agree with some of the other reviews about the lack if business and thug like employees but i will say this, when i walked in the place was spotless, my cashier was polite and my food was delivered within 5 minutes. I actually heard the manager tell an employee to do a dining room check (even tho all was clean). I, also opted for the jalapeno burger. I thought it was excellent. It came in a "big mac" stylr box, half wrapped with paper to make eating it that much less messy, it looked beautifully put together and tasted fine. My fries were fresh and hot and the sida dispenser was clean. Cant ask for anything more. I will definitely be back

Very warm inside, told it was a possible problem with AC or with how long the AC had been on. . .food was better than some Hardees but more welcoming to customers and cleaner unused tables would be nice. Hardees is an occasional stop and the chain is relatively new to the NW suburbs of Chicago. I will check out one or two of the others in the area. It had the look of a "new restaurant" and might give the Elk G. location one more chance in the next few months.
